Become the person YOU want to be!

Getting to be the individual you need to may be a long-lasting journey of self-improvement and individual growth, but YOU can do it!

Start by taking time to be still and reflect on who you need to be. Go over in your mind what are your values, objectives, and desires? What kind of individual do you appreciate, and why? Self-awareness is the key to working on your individual development.

Set clear objectives! Be realistic and honest with yourself! These objectives can be related to your career, relationships, wellbeing, or individual advancement. Having very clear goals gives you a sense of reason.

Commit to long lasting learning. There are so many inspirational and motivational speakers that have wonderful books and podcasts that you can learn from.

Develop the right Attitude! Do not run any longer from problems! Hiding them in the back of your mind will not make them go away and making yourself numb will also not make them disappear! Problems are obstacles placed in your path so that you must choose how to deal with them and once they have been dealt with you can now consider yourself more knowledgeable and experienced on how to handle more obstacles!

Self-Discipline: Develop self-discipline and make positive choices. Be consist in your activities! You will grow stronger and stronger at resolving problems at hand and not allow them to grow to a possible larger problem!

Your body is a temple! Always make time for your physical and mental wellbeing. Work out routinely, eat not just for enjoyment but to keep your body energized and healthy! Get enough rest so that you do not wake up day after day tired! A healthy body and mind are basic for your development.

The right relationships! Surround yourself with friends but true friends. I often hear people refer to acquaintances as friends. What is the true meaning of being a friend? A true friend cares about you and is able to have concern and respect for your thoughts and emotions even when they may not agree. If the disappointment you are experiencing in a friendship has become consistent, it may be time to redefine your definition of a true friend.

Don’t be so tough on yourself! Be open to alter and adjust to unused circumstances. The world is always advancing, and your capacity to adapt is fundamental for individual development. As the saying goes, when life gives you lemons, make lemonade!

Be patient with yourself! Learning to overcome challenges and misfortunes is a superpower! Keep in mind that misfortunes are not disappointments but lessons to be learned.

Develop a better outlook on being appreciative! Recognize and truly be thankful for all of the great things in your life, which can boost your generally well-being and inspiration.

PAY IT FORWARD! Give to others! Share with others! Donate, when possible, not just in money but in time! Contributing to your community can be a satisfying portion of individual development. Acts of kindness can benefit you and assist you in becoming more compassionate.

As you venture on this path always make time to reevaluate how far you have gone towards getting to be the person you need to be. It is ok to alter your objectives and strategies as required to remain on track.

Be true to your values, your values are the directing standards that characterize who you are.

Remain Understanding! Self-development takes time, and there will be ups and downs along the way. Be understanding with yourself and celebrate your accomplishments, no matter how small. IT is ok to pat yourself on the back!

Seek support! It is ok to seek support from companions, family, or a specialist that you may feel you can learn from.

Keep in mind that getting to be the individual you need to be could be a long lasting journey, and it is ok to change your game plan as you travel on this path. The key is to stay committed to your individual growth and keep moving forward. NEVER STOP!

Curious as to why Noēma?

The word noema derives from the Greek word νόημα meaning "thought", or "what is thought about" As for the symbol being used as an "O" This is called a UNALOME. The spirals are meant to symbolize the twists and turns in life, and the straight lines the moment one reaches enlightenment or peace and harmony. My only edit was to tighten the base spiral to a Hypnosis spiral.
